We sold our Auchenflower property at auction with Ted Walton at the helm. We were living in the UK and the property had been rented beforehand so everything was co-ordinated by him.

Ted went above and beyond what one would expect of a real estate agent. He was the one opening up, sweeping the leaves, making sure the property was looking its best for each of the open days. He liaised with the furniture rental company to have the empty house furnished and looking it’s best. Organising the gardener and the pool company to tidy up and having things sparkling.

At the auction we listened in at the end of the phone nervously but Ted managed the situation perfectly encouraging us to put a reserve price on which he managed to exceed comfortably. He is calm, helpful, totally trustworthy and a real gentleman – we felt the commission paid was truly justified as we could not have done it without him.

All the worries and anxieties we’ve suffered selling properties before no longer existed as he took full responsibility for the whole process – it was the smoothest sale we’ve ever made!

We have used other real estate agents in Brisbane in the past but Ted beats them hands down by treating people as individuals and offering a personal service.
